The site navigation, as well as the purchase of any product through the online shop DREAM ROOMS, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.

4.  Availability of products online

The online shop DREAM ROOMS only processes an order made ​​by a customer after receipt of the full payment into our bank account, and cannot guarantee the availability of the items till the beginning of that process.

The products on this website are subject to availability and quality of existing stock.

Some products are subject to order to the supplier, which is indicated by an estimated time for delivery. DREAM ROOMS is not liable for delays in orders by suppliers. The products subject to custom order do not allow refund.

DREAM ROOMS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice, and these changes will be published in the Terms and Conditions at www.dreamrooms.pt.

5. Payment

Our online shop have available the following payment forms:

If you choose this payment method the customer must send an email to info@dreamrooms.pt, with proof of transfer and respective order reference in order to accelerate the process of submitting the products. The payment is valid after confirmation of amount by bank institution. After this confirmation, continuity is given to the dispatch of the order.

ATM Reference

It is available for payment in any ATM terminal or home banking.

When selecting MB is issued ATM reference according to the amount payable and sent automatically to your email.

After using the reference MB is automatically sent an e-mail stating that the payment was successful. Payment is only valid for DREAM ROOMS after confirmation by the bank institution.

6. Shipping

The online shop DREAM ROOMS undertakes to carry out the delivery of orders, properly packed, within an average of five (5) business days after confirmation of payment by the bank (for Azores / Madeira or international shipments may be a superior delivery period).

The order is delivered to the address indicated by you in the "Delivery Address" (home, work, etc. - Never in a post office box).

Once the goods are shipped from our facilities is sent an automated email to inform.

DREAM ROOMS only does expedition on weekdays until 15h. Therefore, do not count Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for estimated delivery orders.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 09h to 18h.

The estimated delivery date is indicative only and is the responsibility of carriers.

Any delay in shipment or order for goods, given the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.

In the event of a product ordered is not available in stock, DREAM ROOMS will contact you by email or telephone within 15 days from the date of payment of the order, to inform the new delivery date.

DREAM ROOMS may suggest choosing a product with equivalent quality and price to replace the unavailable product. In case of refusal, the store will refund*the product (except for products subject to the order to suppliers). * See conditions for returns.

DREAM ROOMS will proceed with the return / exchange if a product is defective due to shipping. If you find damaged shipping box you should send photos to our email: info@dreamrooms.pt so we can claim with the carrier.

Gift Wrapping

If you want a wrapped gift in your order, you must send an e-mail to info@dreamrooms.pt indicating the product and order number.

7. Returns and Exchanges

According to the legislation in force in the European Union, our clients are entitled to change your mind and cancel a purchase in our online shop. Except customized products or subject to order to the supplier. It’s provided a period of 7 working days to inform DREAM ROOMS to return or exchange your purchase.

If you want an exchange for another product you should take responsibility and pay the postage to the address indicated by DREAM ROOMS as well as the new delivery.

Any return or exchange must be in original packaging within 7 working days from the date after its receipt. Products must arrive at our premises in perfect condition. They cannot be used, altered or washed and must contain all original labels. It must be accompanied by the original invoice corresponding to the purchase made.

8. Refunds and processing time

Once the parcel arrives to DREAM ROOMS, and if in accordance with the conditions of return, refund will be made ​​via bank transfer within 15 days.

It is essential that IBAN is provided from a bank in Portuguese territory to make the refund. Once the cancelation is made you will be notified by email to the address you left in your account. Please note that we are not responsible for charge-backs, for bank identification numbers wrong, or accounts that you no longer have access. Also note that any fees and taxes that have been paid either by sending either with the return of the order will not be refunded. All refunds you are entitled will always be made​​.

9. Orders of Wallpaper and Fabrics

IT is NOT accepted claims on wallpaper / fabrics due to manufacturing defects, texture problems, problems of colour, or any other type of complaint on wallpaper / fabric that has already been applied, cut, or used in any way. It is the customer's responsibility to check the quality and / or all of the wallpaper / fabric before use.

Whenever informed by stock-outs manufacturer and / or high delays in delivery, the customer will be informed and may, if desired, cancel or replace the order.

 Delivery times provided by DREAM ROOMS are indicative and NOT compromise. The indicated terms reflect the history of the medium-term deliveries of identical orders. DREAM ROOMS assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery times for third party liability or delays resulting from phenomena that we do not control (strikes, accidents, natural phenomena, etc.). Whatever the reasons inherent in the delay on deliveries of orders, the customer may not, under any circumstances, claim any damages or compensation (financial or other) to occur within the indicative deadline if still have not received the order.
