IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We take active measures to ensure that all information provided on our website is secure and confidential. We currently deliver to Portugal and Europe.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER AT DREAM ROOMS ONLINE SHOP TO PURCHASE ITEMS?

Yes, you must register first, this registration allows you to quick buy, track requests and add to favourites.

HOW DO I REGISTER WITH DREAM ROOMS ONLINE SHOP?

You can set up your own customer account in just a few simple steps. To do this, click on "Login". This link will take you to our online form. Please enter the customer information requested (All the fields are required).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER/HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Without prejudice to the provisions concerning the availability of the products, the order will be sent in the next 2 working days after payment confirmation. Dream Rooms will send the order only after settlement of the respective total value. For deliveries inside European Union (EU) Dream Rooms estimates a delivery time within 3 to 5 working days after postage. However, due to delays in special occasions and seasons (as Christmas) the above estimated delivery dates may be extended. For Express delivery, please contact: info@dreamrooms.pt

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

All orders from Dream Rooms online shop are subject to a variable transport cost depending on the size and weight of the item and country of delivery.

WRONG ADDRESS?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@dreamrooms.pt as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change however; we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

We offer full support; you can contact us on working days between 09.00 and 18.00 with any individual queries phone nr: +351 96 337 07 69. If you have a query outside these hours, please send an email to info@dreamrooms.pt. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
